CHALLENGE
Updating IT to support multichannel transformation
To accelerate growth and support its multichannel strategy, Garance had to develop its decision-making system at a technical and organizational level. To transform its sales teams, the company wanted to improve agility, autonomy, and performance.
Head of Data and CIO, Laurent Tilhac, launched the process of updating business intelligence tools to improve the use of data by different departments. The one prerequisite was the cloud to lighten the administrative burden, focus on data governance, and implement an easy-to-use, scalable solution to support the company’s transformation.

Garance chose Qlik Cloud Analytics to create a modern, agile, and secure data foundation. Opting for the cloud meant that the company could rely on efficient, agile architecture with regular functional updates.
The benefits of Qlik include its capacity for rapid development, simplified data preparation, and the power of its associative engine. In two years, around 50 dashboards have been implemented throughout the company. For commercial analysis, Qlik retrieves Salesforce data directly via a native connection. The Data Flow function offers a visual, low-code interface that removes the need for script in the transformation and modeling of simple use cases.

Qlik Cloud Analytics has become a key business management tool for Garance. The managers have access to reliable and up-to-date indicators, directly connected to their department’s systems.
