Employee Resource Groups build connections

We invest in programs that advance marginalized groups within Qlik and society. Our company-sponsored, employee-led Qlik Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foster belonging while providing significant access to, and influence on, executive decision making. Today, 1 in 10 Qlik employees is a member or supporter of at least one of our ERGs:

  • Black Alliance

  • Latinos Unidos

  • LGBTQ+

  • Women in Technology

  • Qlik-Able Group (Disabilities Seen and Unseen)

  • Veterans

It takes everyone to lead forward. That’s why each Qlik department has one leader dedicated to making sure there’s representation, inclusion and advancement in day-to- day activities. Our Global Ambassadors continuously explore new ways to improve the workplace and support our people.
