Enabling data digitization, centralization and transformation
Managing data that safeguards national interests requires a secure and reliable infrastructure. For OSITRÁN, data management once involved spreadsheets, physical documents and numerous other files. Cumbersome, manual processes led to concerns over the quality and consistency of information obtained.
A change began in 2020 when OSITRÁN redefined its data management needs.
APPROACH
Improving analytical capacities
Prediqt implemented Qlik Sense® as a data transformation tool to improve visualizations; it then integrated the Qlik Analytics Platform, which allowed OSITRÁN to centralize and manage huge and complex volumes of data.
RESULTS
Reliable data that facilitates management
With Qlik, OSITRÁN has substantially improved data visibility and availability. The ability to integrate different sources into a single platform has improved clarity and quality, while dashboards enable users to easily identify and understand critical insights.
The Qlik Analytics Platform has helped OSITRÁN to build accurate information and eliminate inconsistencies by optimizing its data architecture. It has also improved external users’ ability to access and exchange data, and identify critical trends and patterns in complex, high-volume datasets.
