CHALLENGE
Navigating global complexity
Managing complex multi-modal supply chains across more than 55 countries could create major operational hurdles for Logistics Plus. Its team relied on manual, paper-based workflows and legacy reporting systems that lacked real-time visibility. Operational data was trapped in isolated silos across international offices, while newly acquired companies added incompatible tools and datasets. These hurdles made it difficult to manage global warehouse space, accurately classify customs tariffs, or predict delivery delays.
APPROACH
Centralizing analytics and AI with B EYE
Partnering with B EYE, Logistics Plus migrated to Qlik Cloud Analytics and stood up a Snowflake architecture to harmonize disparate global data. Tableau and legacy reporting tools were replaced in favor of unified Qlik dashboards, and Logistics Plus embedded Qlik Analytics, Qlik Predict forecasting, and generative AI chatbots powered by Qlik Answers directly into its proprietary client web portal, MyLogisticsPlus™. As a result, users can seamlessly query complex structured data and unstructured sources such as customs documentation.
