Qlik Cloud Analytics empowers sales staff with intuitive dashboards to track and benchmark performance

All sales staff now have access to a cloud-based platform for easy access to individual, regional, and national results, as well as a global view of activities, tasks, and indicators linked to the products they are responsible for selling. Sellers can also track their progress toward objectives and compare it with their colleagues to inspire healthy competition to foster motivation through transparency.

To accelerate its growth in the savings and provident insurance market, Garance has devised an ambitious strategy involving a far-reaching technological and organizational transformation, as well as a change in the profile of its sales force. The aim is to help its nationally-distributed sales and advice specialists to monitor their results daily via a reliable cloud-based analytical platform.

Now, salespeople can visualize their daily results, task details and target information, enabling them to make adjustments to maximize performance and create more value. Direct access to Salesforce data is facilitated by a dedicated connector, providing managers with all the analysis they need for fine-tuned, reactive management. 

Garance didn't just modernize sales management—they reinvented it. Fifty dashboards were also developed with Qlik Cloud Analytics and used throughout the company to meet the needs of finance, HR and back-office operations. 

To empower its employees in mastering and leveraging their data, Garance selected a dozen staff members, aptly named “Data Stars,”’ from different business units, who have received data training in mastering Qlik’s analytical capabilities. The aim was to familiarize each with data literacy and support their development as Business Analysts. 

Qlik’s new Data Flow feature boosts the Business Analysts’ independence by enabling low-code, visual data preparation. For example, managers who need to adapt their Qlik application from time to time to monitor cell phone rates and consumption or analyze support tickets, can now develop their applications in complete autonomy. With this level of organization, users are now able to collect, process, and extract maximum value from data to produce content that can be utilized by the whole company.
