Qlik Analytics is widely used across BT Group. In the consumer division, 3,000 users run about 450 sessions daily. Previously, analysts spent 80% of their time gathering data—now, insights are available in seconds. Tasks that once took days, like manual PowerPoint creation, can now be done in 40 seconds.
Self-service features are driving user growth, and the division is transitioning to Qlik Cloud Analytics to double user capacity and leverage tools like Qlik Insight Advisor.
