Anyone who has worked with me knows I like a list of three. On a big day, maybe five.
But in a world where everyone says their AI works… it felt worth going a little further.
Because the real question isn’t can you build AI? It’s can you trust what it’s telling you, afford to run it, and adapt when it changes?
That’s the thread behind this year’s event.
Here’s the countdown:

10. Customers are at the center of the story
Not talked about. Talking. On stage, in sessions, across the event: UPS, Raymond James, Ingersoll Rand, HelloFresh, and more. Because proof beats positioning.
9. AI adoption is the point
Agentic Experience, MCP, AI-ready data. Less “look what it can do,” more “here’s what it actually does in production.”
8. Breakouts that are actually useful
96 sessions, more than half with customers or partners. Less imagined futures, more real decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes.
7. People want hands-on
1,300+ workshop, challenges, and hackathon registrations. Turns out people want to roll up their sleeves and try it themselves.
6. A show floor built for action
Demo pods, advisory services, customer showcases. Built to move from curiosity to capability – quickly.
5. The Performance Zone expanded
Tour de Qlik (biking) plus golf and hockey. An engaging area that showcases that when performance matters, guessing is reckless.
4. The ecosystem shows up
AWS, Accenture, Snowflake, Databricks, Deloitte and more. Because no one solves challenges with data trust, cost, and flexibility alone.
3. Ashleigh Chapman, Engage Together
Using data to fight human trafficking. This amazing woman will give us a powerful reminder about what is possible when you get the data right.
2. Women Who Qlik
From a conversation two years ago in Lund, Sweden, to a global community. Proof that some of the best things don’t start as programs; they start as people.
1. Jesse Cole
Didn’t think you could learn lessons you could apply in tech from a guy in a yellow suit? You can.
Summing up
A few days. A lot of smart people. Real conversations about what it takes to make your data work for AI.
That’s usually where the good stuff happens.
Are you registered? If signing up for Qlik Connect is still on your list, this is the week to move. We’re adding something extra for the first 50 attendees who register between March 30–April 3 — a premium giveaway waiting on arrival. No fanfare. Just good timing.
