Qlik Instructor-Led Training Subscription (also known as Passport) is a training subscription that provides access to scheduled Instructor-Led Training sessions and exclusive Learning Experiences for 12 months.

Qlik Instructor-Led Training Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
At the time of renewal, the subscription may be reassigned to a different participant.

Qlik Certifications
Qlik Certifications are expert-level exams and are designed for those with expertise in Qlik and Qlik Talend products.
Qlik Talend Data Integration and Qlik Data Analytics product certifications are delivered in a proctored environment in Qlik Learning.
You do not need to schedule your exam for a certain date and time, as exams are available on demand. Visit the Qlik Talend Data Integration and Qlik Data Analytics Certification exams catalogs.
Click your chosen exam to open the relevant exam description. This contains all exam information, such as exam topics and recommended preparation.
When you are ready to purchase your exam, click the Purchase Now button within the exam description. You'll be directed to the Qlik Booking site to purchase your certification exam. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email notification to confirm your booking. Access to your chosen exam will be available within 24 business hours. You will receive a second notification email to confirm that your exam is now available. This email will include details about how to prepare for and launch your exam.
Simply log in to the Qlik Learning platform, and your chosen exam will be shown under the My Recommendations section on your homepage.

No. Certifications must be purchased separately.
Yes, if you do not pass an exam, you may retake it.
You are allowed three attempts per exam. Full payment or a new voucher (if applicable) is required for each exam attempt.
If you do not achieve a passing score on your first attempt, you must allow 48 hours before retaking the exam. If you fail the exam on your second attempt, you must wait 14 calendar days from the previous test date before retaking the exam for the third and final attempt. After the third failed attempt, you will be blocked from registering for the attempted exam or until a new exam is released.
If you fail the second attempt, you may want to consider how you are preparing for the exam. It is recommended that you revisit the training materials and take the practice test to reevaluate the skills measured by the exam.
All waiting periods are enforced; you will not be allowed to book the exam for a date before the waiting period is satisfied.

Purchase & Payment
Prices may initially be displayed in USD.
To view pricing in your local currency and region, please log in to the Qlik Training Purchase Portal.
Once logged in, the system will automatically display the pricing applicable to your country.
Go to the Qlik Training Purchase Portal.
Select your preferred course session, subscription, or certification, then click the Add to Cart button.
Enter your company’s billing information and click Update Billing Address.
Choose your preferred payment method.
Enter a promo code, if applicable.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
If you selected Purchase Order (PO), enter your PO number. If your company does not use a PO, enter N/A. Then click Continue Order.
If you selected a Training Card, enter your Training Card number and PIN, then click Continue Order. The balance will be applied automatically.
Complete the process by clicking Done.
You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Credit card payments are supported only in the United States and Canada. If you are located outside this region, please select Purchase Order (PO) or a Training Card as your payment method.
Please note that for certifications, the only available payment method is by credit card. Additionally, certification prices are displayed in USD and payments are processed in this currency.
A Training Card is a prepaid credit (similar to a gift card) that can be used to purchase most Qlik training products* on the Qlik Training purchase platform.

Can be used for public courses and eligible learning subscriptions
Does not require scheduling training at the time of purchase
*Training Cards cannot be used for Certifications.

If your organization requires a Purchase Order (PO), it is recommended that you have the PO number available before completing the checkout process.
The PO number must be entered during checkout to ensure proper invoicing.
Qlik does not issue separate order forms for individual training purchases.
To support your internal PO request, you may use the course page or a screenshot of the checkout summary, which includes pricing and course details.
Payment instructions, including bank transfer details and payment terms, are provided on the invoice.
