Qlik Welcomes Blendr.io to Accelerate Active Intelligence

Incredibly excited about today’s news that Qlik has acquired Blendr.io. Blendr.io’s easy-to-use, scalable and secure embedded integration and automation platform as a service (iPaaS) will expand our ability to deliver on our vision of Active Intelligence, where real-time, up-to-date data triggers immediate action to accelerate business value across the entire data and analytics supply chain.
In just a few short years, Blendr.io has seen tremendous interest and customer adoption of its platform, which seamlessly automates data integration and orchestration of processes across 500+ SaaS applications and cloud data sources. Over 100 Blendr.io customers like Aptivio, Graydon and Globis Software are helping over 1,500 end user clients drive more use and value of data in SaaS applications and the cloud. That is translating to a huge boost in productivity for a whole range of applications, from HR to CRM, ERP, e-learning, expense management and more – name a SaaS application in use today and Blendr.io can enhance it!
We all know it’s a cloud first, SaaS first world. While modern data and cloud analytics platforms like Qlik’s positively affect the entire data lifecycle – from access, through ingestion and transformation, and ultimately to insights creation and delivery – we are always looking for ways to enhance the process with as much real-time data and insights as possible. With Blendr.io, Qlik customers will be able to more easily automate the integration of data from SaaS apps and cloud sources into their established processes and other SaaS applications for more impactful insights and action.

Our augmented analytics capabilities also get a boost with automated delivery of even more data to fuel our Cognitive Engine and Insight Advisor’s ability to bring new insights to the fore.
And while the benefits to Qlik customers will be significant as integration takes place in 2021, we will be fully dedicated to supporting Blendr.io’s existing customers while still making the platform available to new SaaS solution partners, including ISVs. We certainly see a great opportunity for ISVs and SaaS providers to leverage Blendr.io to integrate data from SaaS apps into a large range of customer solutions, while also enabling those customers with self-service activation through native integrations with cloud data sources. And for enterprises, Blendr.io easily integrates into any existing platform to extend the value of data from their SaaS applications into other parts of the business, while also feeding AI engines with automated data capture from hundreds of sources to accelerate data science and predictive analytics efforts.
