After QlikWorld Online, we are conducting the first round of our bi-annual Customer Relationship Survey from May 11th to June 6th; the survey is 20-questions and takes 5 minutes to complete. This is an opportunity to provide your feedback on products, services, partner engagement, product support and the sales process. Your insights on your experience directly influence how we evolve as a company to meet your needs.
One of our core values is to Move Fast. To maintain our pace, we are modifying the timeline for our Customer Relationship Survey by increasing the frequency to twice a year. The timing provides additional opportunities to share feedback on your engagement and experience with Qlik. Your feedback validates areas we should continue to invest in and identify areas we need to improve.
We have been busy acting on your comments and requests from the 2020 Survey. A few areas to highlight are improvements we made to our solution and offerings you requested to accelerate your time to go live. We heard from many of you regarding your plans to embrace Qlik Sense SaaS and request more guidance. To provide the expertise and expedite the move to the platform via our methodical approach, we created a Qlik SaaS Start-Up Services. We have launched a similar program Qlik Start-Up Services for Data Integration which has proven to get customers live in production in as little as three months. These programs are a direct result of your comments.
The ability to alert users to changes in data based on specified thresholds is a key feature requested by our community. One of our new enhancements is Intelligent Data-Alerting. By leveraging Intelligent Data-Alerting users create a proactive analytics process flow, saving time and increasing productivity. There are many more enhancements and additions to our roadmap that we will share during QlikWorld Online; be sure to attend for these exciting announcements.
