Qlik is proud to have been an Innovation Sponsor of the 2018 Classy Collaborative event this week. After last year’s successful event with 1200 attendees, we were excited for round two which took place on June 12-14 in Boston. Attendees experienced three full days of keynotes, innovation displays, panel discussions, partner hosted events, and a lot more!
With this year’s theme being “Together we Thrive”, the Classy Collaborative brought together non-profit leaders and social entrepreneurs committed to learning and growing. The event empowered attendees to be better employees through tangible workshops and meaningful connections. Participants were also able to build out their toolkits with insights and technologies that ensured they were equipped and motivated long after the collaborative. It’s this area of building out skill sets through data that was at the heart of our sponsorship.
As an Innovation Sponsor, Qlik’s Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Julie Whipple took to the stage on Day 1 for a panel discussion alongside Qlik Corporate Responsibly partner Team Rubicon CIO Raj Kamachee on how you can make your data take you further, faster! Julie is constantly empowering community-based and humanitarian non-profits to most effectively serve our population and our planet.
On the second day Matthew Gow of the Crossroads Foundation joined Julie for a workshop on Driving Your Mission With Data. He shared his experience with Qlik and discussed the importance of data in today’s world. To further up the ante with a live audience, Matthew demonstrated the power of Qlik by creating dashboards that allowed participants see how they can analyze funding and identify new approaches to carry forward their missions alongside donors.
Additionally, Qlik Healthcare Industry Solutions Director Joe
Warbington attended and brought his Twitter app, which was making a second
straight year command performance and was displayed throughout the event!
