Ando transformed its data infrastructure with Qlik, supported by Acumen BI. Transition to the cloud was swift as established application or code connections made the process seamless. Ando extended Qlik from finance to operations, claims and underwriting, ensuring accuracy and quick response times across the entire organization.

Acumen BI enabled customizable homepages, alerts and mobile access, and Qlik now streamlines claims processes, automates tasks and provides timely updates. Geospatial analytics also helped Ando quickly assess and assist affected customers during catastrophic flooding in 2023, allowing Ando to reach out and offer support within a day.
