Multicare Pharmaceutical Philippines Inc. (Multicare), one of the country’s fastest-growing pharma firms, ranks among the top five branded generic players in the Philippines. Managing thousands of daily transactions via over 200 medical representatives and distributors nationwide, Multicare needed efficiency and accuracy to maintain trust. Yet its business intelligence was manual, error-prone, and reliant on a lean data analytics team using Excel and Access. With a lean team handling data, reporting was slow, visibility was limited, and sales tracking was difficult.
APPROACH

To modernize processes, Multicare adopted QlikView in 2014 and upgraded to Qlik Sense in 2022 with support from Qlik Partner, Micropinnacle Technology Corporation (MTC). Previously, manual data extraction and validation were error-prone and slow. Automating uploads with Qlik eliminates spreadsheets, consolidating sales and customer data into a single, secure view. Integration with the company’s CRM improves customer insights, while mobile access empowers distributors. With flexible, real-time analytics, Multicare now makes faster, smarter business decisions.
