Celebrating with Pride
This June, we celebrated Pride Month with incredible events led by our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG).
Qlikkies around the world celebrated Pride with these activities:
1. Speaker Session with Jeff Main, Executive Director of Point of Pride
“Events like this inspiring session are at the heart of how we build our culture — creating space for people to learn, connect, and feel seen, and reminding us that an inclusive workplace isn't built by accident, but through the shared moments and conversations that bring us closer together. 2. Community Panel on AI
As part of Qlik’s ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive innovation, our ERG facilitated a dynamic panel featuring leaders from Women in Tech ERG and Black Alliance ERG. This panel explored the vital contributions these communities have made to the development of AI. Panelists highlighted how diverse perspectives have shaped AI research, design, implementation, and how we can continue to drive a more impactful vision.

3. Pride Month Trivia
To continue the celebrations, we hosted a competitive game of Trivia that tested participants' knowledge of LGBTQ+ culture, history, music, and more. The friendly competition provided an opportunity to learn more about the rich contributions, milestones, and experiences that have shaped the LGBTQ+ community. The top three winners earned the opportunity to donate to organizations of their choice, extending their impact to support causes making a difference in our local communities.

4. Drag Queen Bingo
Live from King of Prussia, we hosted a fabulous round of Drag Queen Bingo with Extragrams! This hybrid event was filled with fun, community, and even a lip-sync battle. Winners received ERG swag and the opportunity to donate to organizations of their choice. Qlik offices around the world tuned into the show and enjoyed their own local Pride-themed parties. The lively event created a welcoming space for connection and honoring the spirit of Pride through joy and giving back.
