The Demand Center Organization/Team

How you will spend your time as our next Business Development Representative, ASEAN

The Business Development Representative role is responsible for identifying and sourcing high quality sales opportunities for the Qlik Sales teams through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.  Through diligent lead follow-up and tenacious pursuit of sales opportunities this role will help generate pipeline and revenue for all segments and all products of our business.

  • Outbound identification and development of land and expand opportunities within assigned territory
  • Inbound identification and development of land and expand opportunities within assigned territory
  • Assess prospective client needs, determine value, and hand-off to Qlik field sales resources for follow up and close
  • Maintain a pipeline of early stage leads
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data in CRM system
  • Build strong communities within the territory base using digital and social channels
  • Outbound identification and development of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts

You will be successful if you

  • Are able to work with a regional team toward a territory plan
  • Have a Strong marketing orientation
  • Are proficient with Sales force.com, windows and MS office
  • Have a high ability to influence at all levels
  • Are able to build communities within the territory

You will thrive if you

  • Have a business level English (mandatory) and another ASEAN language (Thai preferred)
  • Are experienced with Customer Centric Selling
  • Are able to work on the phone and computer for extended periods
  • Are skilled at running your own presentations without technical assistance
  • Are tenacious and are results orientation
