The Information Technology Team

How you will spend your time as our Director, Information Technology Operations

 As the Director, IT Operations, you will strive for operational excellence and:


  • Oversee the Backoffice Modernization Program 
  • Serve as IT Lead for Milestone Process
  • Manage the IT Budget which includes participating in the annual budget process
  • Be responsible for setting and maintaining incident management response of 2nd and 3rd line teams
  • Drive IT Analytics Reporting
  • Act as liaison between ServiceNow team and IT 3rd Line teams and R&D for integration and support
  • Provide coverage in support of IT/BTPS for month-end activities
  • Build strong partnership with key stakeholders
  • Be responsible for IT Contractor Staffing program management
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to drive alignment around technology roadmap that meet strategic priorities
  • Communicate with C level in presenting recommendations, solutions, and status of initiatives
  • Oversee and lead planning activities to deliver on commitments including building strong execution plans and capacity models
  • Share strategic vision and best practices to influence near term and future decisions
  • Attract and develop key talent that comes together as a cohesive team to achieve high standards


To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:


  • B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • 16+ years of work experience in IT
  • 8+ years of People Management/Leadership experience
  • Excellent C level communication skill (verbal and written)
  • Strong ability to build partnerships and alliances
  • Experience in IT Vendor Management
  • Budget Management
  • Program Management
  • Good technical understanding of business process supporting systems
  • Highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability to influence change in a collaborative manner
  • Working knowledge of information technology platforms and related applications


The role is preferably located in Ottawa, Ontario, or King of Prussia, PA.
