How you will spend your time as our next Senior Field Marketing Manager, DACH

We are looking for a passionate Senior Field Marketing Manager for developing and executing Field Marketing plan and activities for Qlik in the DACH Region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), based in Düsseldorf or Munich.

  • As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you’ll imagine and create annual field marketing plans for our direct Sales, based on market dynamics and competition, with segmented marketing tactics.
  • You will also build successful local demand generation activities (campaigns, own events and third-party events) working closely with our Enterprise Sales Teams aligned to business goals.
  • An expert in Project Management - able to define requirements, scoping of project, planning activities, risk & issue management, resource allocation, measure progress, & determine corrective actions to ensure successful implementation
  • A strategic thinker - to see the bigger picture and anticipate interests of clients/prospects to create a first- class event attendance experience for the target audience
  • Results-orientated - manage and execute events that build business pipeline and new sales opportunities.
  • You’ll oversee all customer Marketing activities for the DACH region to generate References and assets, support advocacy programs and communities.

You will be successful if you have

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience within IT
  • Experience in the B2B tech industry and knowledge of the BI - Business Intelligence market a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects at a time
  • Event creativity and ‘thinking out of the box’
  • In-depth experience of driving demand generation activities
  • Capacity to lead and drive a plan working with sales teams
  • Knowledge of traditional technologies: SalesForce.com, Marketo, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experienced in managing agencies
  • Able to manage budgets & work through reductions or changes in plan

Location/Mobility
