How you will spend your time as our next Test Automation Developer for Mobile and cloud native services. 


As a Test Automation Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with a small team in a mature organization that will give you stability in your work environment but also the opportunity to affect the daily work and how we should proceed going forward. This product has it all – a sharp platform that provides powerful analytics with an associative search engine combined with in-memory architecture resulting in the product being a highly intelligent solution that turns data into knowledge.

As our next Test Automation Developer, you will be responsible for:  


  • Designing, developing, and maintaining functionality and infrastructure for the test tools and frameworks. 
  • Investigating how new requirements and features fits into the automation test suite as well as understanding scope and estimate risk. 
  • Meeting project milestones in an iterative and incremental development process. 
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet requirements. 
  • Communicating with engineering management and team leaders on task prioritization, scheduling and coordination. 
  • Present product quality on checkpoint meetings identifying risks, test gaps and test results in collaboration with quality engineering team. 
  • Working effectively with other development team members on all aspects of the process including design, implementation, testing, and documentation.  


You will be successful if you have 


  • A genuine interest in software development. 
  • Previous experience of working in an Agile environment. 
  • The ability to articulate current status, blocking issues, and task estimates. 
  • The ability to work both as a team and as an individual. 
  • A passion for teamwork and value teamwork for results. 
  • A strong sense of responsibility and good at taking initiatives. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English. 

You will thrive if you have 


  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). 
  • Experience in test automation. 
  • Experience of using Git, Github, Jenkins and Jira.
  • Solid scripting and programming skills (JavaScript, React Native, NodeJS). 
  • Experience using Agile software development methods like SCRUM or Kanban. 
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to find unconventional solutions to problems and open minded to innovation and new solutions.  
  • A broad technical interest and like to stay up to date on the latest advances in the software field.  
  • A true interest in taking initiatives and is serious about continuous learning. 
  • A passion about data and its power to simplify decisions. 



Desirable skills. You have 


  • Experience and interest in developing test automation towards mobile applications. and Cloud solutions (such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud). 
  • Some experience from full stack development.  
  • Experience in modern frameworks.  
  • Some experience with Docker, k8s, Go, nodejs, micro-services, scalable systems. 
  • Positive if you have some C++ experience.
