The Marketing Organization

How you will spend your time as our next Field Marketing Manager

 

We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Manager for developing and executing Field Marketing plan and activities for Qlik in France, based in our Paris La Défense Office.

  • As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll imagine and create annual field marketing strategy and plans, based on market dynamics and competition, with segmented marketing tactics
  • You will also build successful local demand generation activities (campaigns and events) working closely with Enterprise and mid-market sales managers aligned to business goals
  • An expert in Project Management - able to define requirements, scoping of project, planning activities, risk & issue management, resource allocation, measure progress, & determine corrective actions to ensure successful implementation
  • A strategic thinker - to see the bigger picture and anticipate interests of clients/prospects to create a first- class event attendance experience for the target audience
  • Results-orientated - manage and execute events that build business pipeline and new sales opportunities.

 

You will be successful if you have

  • Minimum of 5 years event management experience
  • Experience in the B2B tech industry and knowledge of the BI - Business Intelligence or Data market a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects at a time
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Event creativity and ‘thinking out of the box’
  • Deep understanding of development of compelling marking plans and driving demand generation activities
  • Capacity to lead and drive a plan working with sales teams
  • In-depth experience of driving demand generation activities
  • Knowledge of traditional technologies: SalesForce.com, Marketo, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experienced in managing agencies
