Qlik is looking for a Team Lead / Manager – Campaign Services to be part of Qlik’s Global Marketing Operations, Shared Services (Bangalore, India) team.

How you will spend your time as our next Team Lead / Manager – Campaign Services, based in Bangalore, India.

Qlik is looking for an experienced Leader/SME who will be overseeing the design and implementation of email marketing campaigns for Events, Webinars, Digital Marketing etc. Marketing automation experience – specifically with Marketo & Salesforce - is vital in this critical role which ensures record management (campaigns & contacts) are all processed efficiently between the integrated applications and system environments. 

This role also requires a strong people & performance management experience for a technically skilled team including senior developers who work with Global (internal) stakeholders to manage end-to-end campaign execution.


Responsibilities include; monitoring, analyzing, and tuning processes in the marketing automation and CRM systems to improve campaign effectiveness, system processes lead flows, account and contact record synchs, and overall system efficiencies. This role will need to frequently partner with Data Operations team(s) through the lead management cycle and work in tandem to improve ongoing processes, data logic, segmentation, targeting, response tracking, etc. In addition:


  • Manage and support the Campaign Services team through project delivery, stakeholder management, process or system upgrades, issues and escalations
  • Expected to be a SME in marketing automation with strong hands-on knowledge of Marketo
  • Manage and support Campaign execution for Qlik’s Corporate & Regional marketing (EMEA, APAC, AMER) teams and provide recommendations to improve workflows, designs and customer experience
  • Thorough understanding of lead flow/lifecycle management
  • Abreast with latest email marketing trends (both email layout/design and workflow) and the ability to adopt/implement best practices into to existing processes
  • Basic understanding of UTM tracking, Web traffic parameters and ability to create campaign/email performance dashboards
  • Ability to generate reports and review campaign/email stats with stakeholders and provide recommendations for better results
  • Have an analytical and solution oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues
  • Flexibility in supporting stakeholders from different regions and time-zones
  • Work with the team to document relevant processes and guidelines and conduct enablement sessions for stakeholders
  • Drive adherence around Qlik’s communication policies, GDPR, SLA and assure compliance and consistency across all marketing projects
  • Good communication skills and comfortable working in a high-paced global environment
  • Experienced people & performance manager


You will be successful if you have


  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations/Campaign management
  • 3+ years’ experience as a people manager of a marketing function
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketo
  • Desired basic knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, J-Query and CSS
  • Technical know-how of system integrations via APIs
  • Experience with sales automation systems highly desirable; knowledge of a plus
  • Exposure to B2B marketing and global organizational structure
  • Proactive, self-starter with drive to build first class operations and infrastructure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketo
  • 3+ years’ experience as a people manager of a marketing function
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
  • Good understanding of Lead Flow process and Campaign management
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
