EMEA Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Winnersh, Berkshire or remote
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
To engage directly with and build credible relationships with the regional sales teams in relation to all sales processes in the organization and be seen as a key business partner for the success of the sales organization
Drive the Forecast, Pipeline management, Reporting and Analytics for the Sales Teams
Own the Quota allocations and Sales Commission reconciliations
Run Quarterly Business Review meetings and follow up actions for the regions supported
To ensure that all sales applications are used consistently across the regions and drive accuracy and value-add in all data reporting.
To capture, document, refine and improve key business processes that effect the salesforce to ensure best practice is followed.
Ensure relevant enablement and training has carried out and provide top-up sessions as needed
Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure local Sales Op overlaps are correctly managed
Leverage the Partner Sales Organisation to ensure consistent Go-To-Market activities
To own and deliver against all reporting requirements for the business and use KPIS to monitor and measure success.

Accurate, consistent and on time reporting essential for sales organisational effectiveness
Efficient allocation of technology support and training resources impacting the sales organisation
Strong co-ordination with Regional teams and finance function

Country Sales Reps and respective sales management teams
Regional Sales Operations
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Understand the forecast process in line with a sales methodology (CCS, Miller Heiman)
Experience working within a direct and/or indirect segmented sales organization in a sales operations role
Knowledge of Sales Organisations, Quota models, Compensation plans
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
High level of numeracy
5 years working in a similar role
OEM Knowledge an advantage
Financial background an advantage
Highly competent IT & system skills in depth knowledge of Excel & Salesforce.com is required.
Understanding of Software businesses
Mobility – 20 % of travel time required
