Sales Operations Manager

We work closely with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to ensure the Sales organization is successful.

This will be a great career opportunity for if you have/are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Sales and/or financial analysis experience
  • Good technical experience of CRM applications i.e.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with team members from multiple functions
  • Customer orientation – strong service minded profile
  • Flexible and used to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work across a culturally diverse environment
  • Commercial and business acumen – good sales and overall business understanding
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak business times
  • Business level English mandatory

How your typical day will look like

  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, implement and run a planning process to support Sales growth across India markets and channels. This includes Quota Assigning, accounts planning, headcount planning, and business segmentation projections etc…
  • Manage, review and continuously improve forecasting and pipeline review cadences with local sales regions.
  • Communicate informed conclusions and recommendations to sales leadership and operational managers
  • Support local region for ad-hoc reporting on trends, pipeline activities, must win and presentation creation for business reviews and management presentations
  • Support the Sales organization in Salesforce: Quote-to-Order support; user, account and opportunity settings.
  • Partner support: manage partner account attributes and incentives in Salesforce and Quote-to-Order support.
