Looking back on 2025, one idea anchors everything we set out to accomplish: make data accessible and trusted so organizations can generate better decisions for their business, their customers, and the world.

At Qlik, that belief starts with what we build. As a technology company, we measure success not only in growth and profitability, but in the lasting value we create for our customers, partners, and the communities we serve. In 2025, we continued to advance our use of AI not as an end in itself, but as a means to unlock smarter, more responsible decisions at scale. Every product we launched was guided by the Responsible AI Principles we established the prior year, overseen by our AI Council and cross-functional AI Committee. We believe AI delivers sustained value only when it is built on a foundation of trusted, governed data and that principle shaped every innovation we brought to market this year.

Our people are the heartbeat of everything Qlik achieves. They embody our core value of “We Succeed Together” by collaborating across time zones, disciplines, and cultures to deliver for our customers every single day. Investing in our people is not separate from our business strategy; it is the strategy. In 2025, we deepened our commitment to learning and development, leadership programs, AI literacy, and mentorship, because in a fast-moving landscape, the growth of our people is the engine of our growth as a company. Throughout this report, you will find the stories that bring #LifeAtQlik to life: the individuals who shape our culture, drive our innovation, and carry our mission forward.

Beyond our own operations, we continued to put Qlik’s technology to work as a force for positive change. Our Technology Grant Program, which has provided over $44 million in free software and training since 2012, continued to empower nonprofits tackling the world’s most pressing challenges. Our partnerships with Direct Relief, Medair, and C40 Cities deepened, as did our collaboration with the United Nations and several of its agencies. Through the Qlik Academic Program, we equipped the next generation of data professionals with tools and certifications to thrive in an AI-driven economy. And through Qlik.org, our employees contributed to more than 1,600 charities worldwide in 2025 serving as a reflection of the character of this organization and the people who make it run.

Qlik’s broader commitment to operating responsibly extends to our environmental footprint. Our business model, built on efficiency and minimal physical infrastructure, is inherently aligned with operating lightly on the planet. In 2025, we also deepened our support for clients pursuing their own sustainability goals, convening sustainability leaders, strategists, and AI experts to explore how technology can accelerate meaningful environmental progress. Prosperity, people, and planet are not competing priorities; they are interconnected, and the organizations that learn to advance all three simultaneously are the ones built to last.

Positive impact is never the work of one person or one team. It takes the sustained commitment of investors, leadership, customers, partners, and above all our employees. I am deeply grateful for what we have built together, and energized by the future we are still working to shape.

A special thank you to Mike Capone for eight years of steadfast leadership and support of Qlik’s impact mission. His legacy is woven into this report and into the culture we are proud to carry forward.
