People analytics has been on the HR agenda for some time. There have been some bold statements over the last few years about how companies with more robust HR data strategies clearly outperform the market. As we moved through the COVID pandemic and beyond, HR, and more specifically people analytics tools, have dramatically increased data availability. This has certainly created more decision agility relative to the workforce, their health, wellbeing, and productivity.

In our recent webinar on HR analytics, I covered a variety of key topics that we hear other HR departments are focusing on, which mirror in most ways what we at Qlik tackle every day. Included in this session are deep dives with real-world examples into areas such as:

  • How people analytics have evolved during the pandemic to provide actionable insights

  • A projection of the bigger topics facing HR today as we look forward to the future of work

  • How people analytics can provide actionable insight to business leaders

I show several real-world examples of how Qlik leveraged data to manage through the myriad of challenges these past few years, including how data helped us during COVID, how we used data to evolve our onboarding processes, and how we expanded the type of data we use to measure and engage on important topics like wellness and diversity, equity and inclusion.

I hope you take away from this session actionable information of ways HR leaders can strategically leverage data to enable engagement, predict trends in employee satisfaction and movement, and more effectively helping the organization’s senior leaders efficiently deploy and pivot policies and strategies in an ever-evolving business landscape.
