QlikTech (NASDAQ: QLIK), a leader in Business Discovery – user-driven Business Intelligence (BI), today announced that TNT Express, a world-leading provider of express delivery services, is using the QlikView Business Discovery platform to improve its Marketing and Sales monitoring and simplify its business through analyzing company and marketing data. This rapid, self-service access to information has led to improved services and up-to-date information, saving TNT Express 2,000 hours per year.
TNT Express, which provides a wide range of express services to businesses and consumers around the world, achieved a turnover of 7.246 billion euros in 2011. In collaboration with Keyrus, a QlikView partner, TNT Express France has succeeded in reconciling billing data from various systems, each corresponding to the three lines of business (deliveries in France, international deliveries, and Special Services). With users performing interactive analysis themselves, QlikView has minimized the time it takes in obtaining business critical information. Today, the marketing department and regional sales managers are collaborating and performing interactive analysis to make better decisions in a more timely way.

With QlikView, TNT Express now has a unified view of data down to a Sales Territory, segment, or product level – in just a few clicks. By saving time on the compilation information and data analysis, TNT Express has calculated that the QlikView solution has saved them 2.000 hours per year.
