Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Greater China

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, and team member of our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success.

Your Responsibilities will include

To lead and drive end to end operations and business analytics that support and measure successful growth and expansion of Qlik across the Americas region by supporting the business in routes to market that maximize opportunity and contributions from the Field Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Services and Partner organizations.

  • To provide both strategic and operational advisory services to all key business stakeholders across the region to support successful and continued Alliance territory/account management and expansion of SMB, Mid market and enterprise market within key vertical sectors across the APAC region
  • To work closely with Field Sales Organization in growing and expanding the QT footprint through counsel/advice on coverage models, market segmentation and development of sales go to market models that help optimize and scale their business.
  • To drive and manage a universal seamless and effective sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes that all regions adhere to
  • To work with the Regional Directors and RVP in assigning sales force quotas and ensuring the companies financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
  • To work closely with leadership to define and implement the optimal performance measurements/programs required to ensure Sales organization success.
  • To develop and deliver business analytics that monitors and measures overall Field sales strategy execution, through relevant score-carding, reporting, application management and associated data quality. Provide metrics feedback to all members of Management teams on progress of initiatives and programs.
  • To work closely with Global Operations and sales productivity team to ensure the relevant APAC Field Sales organization are trained and enabled to take advantage of and maximize market opportunity.
  • To advise field on deal structuring and policy compliance, revenue recognition other legal and regulatory requirements.
  • To partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for sales process improvement, facilitate successful implementation of new programs and process and foster continual process improvement.


Key Challenges

  • Ensuring alignment of all functions within the APAC business regarding systems and processes
  • Deep understanding of key drivers in order to inform management of opportunities and risks to the business
  • Accurate and on time response essential for sales organizational effectiveness
  • Ensuring alignment of all functions within the APAC business regarding systems and processes
  • Contribution to business sales, profit, margins and strategic objectives
  • Efficient use of technology support and training resources impacting the sales organization
  • Strong co-ordination with global teams and finance function

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Commercial background in sales in business-to-business environment combined with financial background with experience in sales operations, analytics,  planning and forecasting
  • Good technical experience of CRM applications i.e.
  • Preferably one or more years of CRM experience – a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal team members across multiple functions
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak business times

  • Strong analytical skills with high level of numeracy.
  • Customer orientation – strong service minded profile
  • Commercial and business acumen – good sales and overall business understanding
  • Strong project management skills for management of wide range of programs and initiatives, both local and global, such as Territory and Account Management processes and new systems and policies such as Partner Portal or Services Management.
  • Ability to work across culturally diverse environment
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Business level English Mandatory
