Nordic Partner Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Nordic Partner Marketing Activity Planning & Execution
    • Plan and execute demand generation programs with our Partners across the Nordic Region, aligned to the set strategy & directions. Each program or activity will ultimately be measured by its ability to deliver marketing sourced pipeline, and demonstrate a clear and measurable ROI
    • Flawless communication and collaboration within Nordic Marketing team regarding activities in countries, ensuring partner marketing has a healthy share of the activity level and one view of the activities/messaging to the market – regardless of direct or indirect marketing
    • MDF process ownership & execution
    • Budget and vendor management
    • Planning and estimations for Four Rolling Quarters, built in the country plan & following country messaging priorities
    • Prioritize activities and programs most likely to maximize measurable ROI
    • Work with the Corporate and EMEA/Local partner sales and marketing field teams to successfully execute programs across Nordics
    • Proactively engage with sales organization to align programs to Qlik Nordic revenue goals
    • Drive OEM & SI marketing campaigns and programs with selected partners to drive results against set targets
    • Active part within the Nordic Marketing team, reporting to Nordic Marketing Director
    • Represent the Nordics within the EMEA Partner Marketing & Partner Sales teams, driving strong bi-directional communication and collaboration.  
    • On-going measurement and tracking of results and ROI, ensuring marketing traction on all activities
    • Presenting metrics and results plus sharing best practices


Your Profile

  • 5-10+ years marketing-related experience from a high tech environment
  • Used to and comfortable with an international matrix models at a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
  • Experience of demand generation in a tiered partner structure
  • Excellent communication, organizational & project management skills and an analytical mindset
  • High level of structure and self motivation plus comfortable to work independently
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written, plus at least one additional Nordic language
  • Ideally based in Copenhagen or Stockholm 
  • Preferably worked within Data/Analytics/Visualization/BI industry
