We are looking for a build and tools developer for our Product Content team in R&D. As an R&D professional and a member of a talented, cross-functional and devoted team you will have the opportunity to influence and make a significant impact on our research and development work. You will work with world class products and talented colleagues, in an environment where teamwork, innovation and knowledge sharing are as important as a healthy balance between your life at Qlik and your life outside. As part of a multi-cultural team, you will be responsible for the infrastructure, tools and systems used by our Documentation department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing and troubleshooting the build suite for our help sites;
  • Developing tools and tests that enable the technical writers to deliver content continuously and for all our products;
  • Performing tests and release activities, ensuring that our help sites go live according to plan; and
  • Supporting the documentation team in the use of version control, build and test systems.


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience in source version control systems like Git, TFS, Clearcase;
  • Experience in batch build systems like Jenkins, an asset;
  • Knowledge of languages like Java .NET and C#;
  • Knowledge of CMS and documentation systems, an asset;
  • Passion for improving processes and tools and a curiousty to find new solutions; and
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and support focus.
