Sales Operations Administrator, China

As a Sales Operations Administrator, and team member of our rapidly growing company, you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success.

Your Responsibilities will include

General support and deal support (quoting, user, territory and account support for all record types, license and maintenance transfers, process small enterprise orders

Partner support (mainly deal registration and partner administration)

OEM Support (small order processing, royalty- and subscription reporting, opportunity validation)

Key Challenges

  • Deep understanding of key drivers in order to inform management of opportunities and risks to the business
  • Accurate and on time response essential for sales organizational effectiveness
  • Contribution to business sales, profit, margins and strategic objectives
  • Efficient use of technology support and training resources impacting the sales organization
  • Strong co-ordination with global teams and finance function

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Some sales and/or financial analysis experience
  • Good technical experience of CRM applications i.e. Salesforce.com
  • Preferably one or more years of CRM experience – Salesforce.com a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal team members across multiple functions
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak business times

  • Commercial and business acumen – good sales and overall business understanding
  • Ability to work across culturally diverse environment
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Business level English Mandatory
