Payment Options

  • How do I pay for my registered courses?

    You may pay for your training by invoice, Purchase Order (PO), or by using Pre-paid Training Voucher Credits. To pay by invoice, simply register for the course and check the box indicating that you wish to be invoiced. Our Finance team will send you an invoice for the course. To pay by PO, check the box indicating that you wish to be invoiced, and then enter your PO number in the field below. If you do not have a PO number at the time of registration, please email it to your Local Training Centre prior to the course. To pay using Pre-paid Training Voucher Credits, enter your voucher number in the 'Voucher ID' field at the time of registration.

    *Credit Card payment is only available in the USA. Please contact your Local Training Centreor ustraining@qlik.com for details to pay by credit card.

    Note: Payment must be received prior to the start of the course.

  • What is a Pre-Paid Training Voucher Credit?

    Training Voucher Credits are pre-paid and work like a gift card. One Voucher is equivalent to one person for one day of classroom training. You can redeem them for most training products within 12 months of the purchase date. To find out which products you can redeem your voucher for, please explore the Training homepage and contact your local training centre.

    You do not need to schedule training prior to purchasing vouchers. You can purchase several vouchers at one time and use them throughout the 12 months for ongoing Qlik training.

  • How do I redeem my Pre-Paid Training Voucher Credits?

    For Classroom Training:

    To redeem the pre-paid training voucher credits you have purchased, go to the Training Registration Page and choose the course you wish to attend. Enter your voucher number in the 'Voucher ID' field on the checkout screen.

    For On-site Training:

    To redeem the training voucher credits for a private on-site training, please contact your  Local Training Centre.

    Note: Payment of prepaid training vouchers must be received to use your voucher credits. If payment has not been received, your class registration may be cancelled.

    For eLearning: 

    To redeem the training voucher credits you have purchased, go to Training Registration Page, search for the QlikView eLearning under the “course name” section and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter the voucher code that you received via email in the “coupon code” field and recalculate the price. The price should now appear as $0 and you can submit the order to redeem your voucher. You have successfully redeemed your voucher code for access to the eLearning. You can now access the hosted eLearning videos from your My Training section of our site. Please return to the My Training section to access the eLearning at any time.

    Note: Payment of pre-paid eLearning training vouchers must be received to use your voucher credits. If payment has not been received, your eLearning will not be made available.



  • How do I purchase Pre-Paid Training Voucher Credits?

    Please contact your Regional Training Office and they can assist you in purchasing pre-paid voucher credits.
